How to make
Beat the eggs well with salt, sugar and baking powder. Add the whole wheat flour, while stirring constantly with a whisk and then add as much milk as needed to obtain a pancake dough with a thick density.
Lightly grease a teflon pan, heat it on medium heat and spread a ladle of the mixture. Bake the pancakes in the usual way on both sides, flipping them over carefully.
Serve the pancakes with a chocolate topping, jam or other filling of your choice.
