How to make
Mix the flour, salt and fat.
Add the yellow cheese, mix well and store the mixture in the refrigerator for 10-20 minutes.
Roll out the quiche dough, put it in the baking pan, form the edges and bake the quiche for 15 minutes in a preheated oven at 390°F (200 degrees).
For the filling, mix the trout, onion, dill and yellow cheese.
Add the eggs and yoghurt, pour the mixture over the dough and bake the smoked trout quiche for 30-35 minutes.
