How to make
Cover a rectangular tray measuring about 9 1/2″ (24 cm) with baking paper, covering the walls well. Melt the chocolate and butter in a water bath and allow them to cool slightly. Add the eggs one at a time, stirring well. Subsequently, add the other products - sugar, flour, salt, baking powder, coffee and orange zest.
Beat nicely with a mixer, finally add the walnuts, mix with a spatula. Put the cake to bake in a preheated 340°F (170 °C) oven for about 25 minutes. Be careful when cooking, because the middle must end up sticky and soft, while the edges must be toasted well.
Cool the finished cake and decorate the top with melted chocolate.
