How to make
Peel the garlic and press it (or chop it very finely) and mix it with the soy sauce, ketchup, Dijon mustard, white wine and ginger powder. Stir until a homogeneous sauce is obtained.
The ribs are cut and washed under running water. Dry them up and transfer them into a non-stick baking pan and pour them with plenty of sauce.
If desired, sprinkle them with sesame seeds and chopped fresh spices (dill, rosemary or others).
If you wish, you can sprinkle your pork ribs for a richer spicy taste with finely chopped red hot pepper. Finally, drizzle a thin stream of olive oil.
Bake them in the oven at 390°F (200 degrees) for about 35-40 minutes until they aquire a golden brown color.
Serve them drizzled with the sauce, that was left in the pan and generously sprinkle them with finely chopped parsley and paprika (optionally spicy).
The oven-baked pork ribs in a spicy sauce are ready.
