How to make
Beat the eggs and gradually add the milk and flour, to obtain a dough with a thick density. Fry the pancakes one by one in little oil.
The carrots are boiled in salted water and cut into very fine sticks. The peas are also boiled. Mix the carrots and peas and add them to the other products. Smear each pancake with a little margarine and put some of the filling on it and roll it up.
Sprinkle the top with grated cheese.
