Ingredients

  • sprat - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • green onions - 2 bunches
  • tomato juice - 1 1/5 cups (300 ml)
  • oil - 2/5 cup (100 ml)
  • salt - to taste
  • spearmint - 1/2 bunch
  • mint - 5 sprigs

How to make

Remove the heads from the fish and wash them in water, two or three separate times. Put them in a tray.

Add the chopped onion, mint and spearmint. Add salt to taste. Add the tomato juice and oil. Stir well.

Place it in the oven and bake at 360°F (180 °C) for about 40-50 minutes.
