How to cook
Beat the eggs in a deep bowl. Beat them with a whisk. Add sugar, honey and oil (in this sequence). Beat the mixture again and add the cinnamon.
The flour is sifted on top along with the soda. Knead a soft dough that should not be sticky at all.
The dough is rolled out and cookies are cut with cookie cutters.
Prepare trays lined with baking paper. The cookies are arranged in them.
Bake them in a preheated oven at 360°F (180 degree) for about 7-12 minutes, depending on the thickness of the gingerbread cookies.
For decoration, make a sugar glaze - beat the egg white, powdered sugar and lemon juice. If the mixture is too thin, add more powdered sugar, and if it is very thick - a little more lemon juice.
The mixture is placed in a zip lock bag. A small hole is cut, in order to use it as a piping bag. Decorate the baked cookies.
The decoration should be left to dry.
