How to make
Clean and wash the mushrooms. Put them in salted boiling water to soften. Cool them, strain them and cut them into slices.
Grab two jars and evenly distribute the vinegar, oil, allspice, black pepper and bay leaf.
Arrange the mushrooms on top and fill them with the water in which they were boiled. If necessary, add more boiled and salted water. Close the jars and sterilize them for 60 minutes.
