  • yeast - 1 cube

  • lukewarm water - 1 cup (200 ml)
  • cream - 1.7 fl oz (50 ml) liquid

How to make

The flour is sifted.

The yeast is dissolved.

Add salt and sugar and stir. Then add the olive oil.

Pour the resulting mixture in with the flour. Add the cream and knead the dough.

After kneading it well, leave it to rise. Once the dough rises it needs to be cut into pieces, which are then rolled out onto a floured surface in the shape of a circle.

With a knife, ​​make incisions in the middle (4 times), in order to make triangles.

At the edges of the triangles, put the mozzarella and roll them up (from the wider part to the narrow side). Fry them in a deep fryer or in a pan with more fat.

Serve them warm.
