Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl and heat them in a water bath, while stirring constantly. A smooth mixture, which is in a liquid state, must be obtained.
If the resulting liquid is too thin, wait a while until it cools slightly and then use it to glaze cakes, sponge cakes, eclairs.
Note: If you do not have cocoa, you can use dark chocolate for the glaze, which you will need to grate before heating in a water bath. In this case, you will also need to reduce the amount of sugar that is used.
