Ingredients

  • white cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g) crumbled
  • zucchini - 2.2 lb (1 kg)
  • yeast - 0.35 oz (10 g)
  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • flour - 7 oz (200 g)
  • parsley - 6 stalks
  • dill - 1 stalk
  • oil - for frying

How to make

Peel and grate the zucchini. Season them with salt and leave them to drain.

Add to them the yeast, eggs, chopped dill and parsley, flour and white cheese.

Knead the mixture and leave it in a warm place until it rises.

Form elliptical patties from it and fry them in heated fat. Serve the patties with yogurt.
