Ingredients

  • flour - 2 cups (500 g)
  • milk - 1 1/5 cups (300 ml), warm
  • yeast - 1 packet of living
  • butter - 2/3 cup (150 g), or margarine
  • eggs - 2
  • sugar - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • salt - 1 pinch
  • raisins - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • almonds

How to make

Dissolve the yeast in a little warm milk, add a little flour and leave it for 10 min.

Put the flour in and form a well, place the yeast mixture in it, then sprinkle it with flour and knead a dough. Add 2/3 cup (150 g) margarine, 2 eggs, sugar, salt, and 4/5 cup (200 ml) milk.

Knead the dough and leave it to rise. Add raisins. In a greased cake form, place almonds on the bottom. Place the dough and leave it for 30 more minutes in the tray.

Bake in a preheated oven, at 360°F (180 °C).
