  • baby mozzarella - 1 packet
  • eggs - 1 pc.
  • flour - 1 cup
  • breadcrumbs - 1/2 cup
  • corn flour - 1/2 cup
  • salt - 1 pinch
  • black pepper - 1 pinch
  • oil - for frying

How to make

Remove the mozzarella from the bag and strain it. Add salt and black pepper to the flour and mix them well.

Beat the egg in a bowl. Separately, mix the breadcrumbs with the corn flour. Roll the mozzarella in the salt and black pepper flour first, then in the egg and finally, in the breadcrumbs.

Fry them in hot oil until they aquire a golden color. Serve them warm, sprinkled with finely chopped dill if you like.
