How to make
Cut the chicken breasts open and then in halves to obtain 4 fillets. Season with salt.
Grate the lemon zest, and squeeze the juice of the lemon.
Mix the lemon juice with the herbs and spices, and a drizzle of olive oil and rub it on the chicken. Allow it to marinate for 30 minutes.
Heat the remaining olive oil into a pan and sear the chicken breasts. Add the garlic, roughly chopped.
Transfer into a baking dish, pour the cream on top and sprinkle with the lemon zest. Bake in a preheated oven to 360°F (180 degrees) for 25-30 minutes, or until cooked.
