  • eggs - 4 pcs
  • sugar - 1 cup
  • flour - 1 cup
  • baking powder - 1 tsp.
  • strawberry jam - 5 tbsp.
  • fresh strawberries - 6 pcs.
  • chocolate spread - 1.75 oz (50 g) (for decoration)

How to make

Beat the eggs along with the sugar, add the flour mixed with the baking powder. Mix everything well.

Pour the resulting cake mixture onto baking paper in a large rectangular baking pan.

Bake it in a preheated oven at 360°F (180 degrees) for 12 minutes until it's fully baked. Take it out and place it on a slightly damp cloth and peel off the paper.

Spread the cake with a mixture of jam, sliced ​​fresh strawberries and a tablespoon of chocolate spread. Roll it up.
