How to make
Smear a small turkey with black pepper, salt and savory and leave it for 2-3 hours. Fill it with a mixture of fried finely diced onions and the mince, rice, water, cut up plums and sour apple cubes, lightly boiled, salt, black pepper and roasted chestnuts, sew it closed.
Roast the turkey for 4-5 hours in a low oven with periodic soaking and smearing.
