How to make
Beat the 4 eggs with sugar into foam, then the egg white and a pinch of salt separately. Combine them carefully. Mix the starch, flour, cocoa and baking powder and sift, then add them to the egg mixture.
Prepare a greased baking sheet, spread out the dough on it, sprinkle it with almonds and put it to bake in a preheated oven at 440°F (225 °C) for 10 minutes.
Flip the baked dough over onto a wet towel, remove the paper and brush it with liqueur or rum and wrap it to cool. Meanwhile, beat the cream and vanilla.
Make a roll, brush it thoroughly with the cream, roll it up again and sprinkle it with powdered sugar.
