Ingredients

  • eggplant - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • black olives - 7 oz (200 g)
  • garlic - 2 - 3 cloves
  • salt
  • vinegar
  • oil

How to make

The eggplants (preferably smaller ones) are roasted. Their skin needs to be removed. Cool them slightly.

Put the garlic in a blender and blend it, add the olives and blend again again.

Finally, add the eggplant, oil, salt and vinegar (according to your taste).

Mix everything until a smooth mixture is obtained.

Store the pate it in the refrigerator.
