Beat the eggs and add the milk, oil and cream. Then beat the mixture well with a mixer and add the sifted flour and salt gradually.
Beat everything well with the mixer so that there are no lumps and fry it in a pan, which is only greased with oil.
Cut the fish into strips and fry it for a maximum of 1 minute.
Spread the cream cheese over the whole pancake and add a piece of the fish at the edge of the pancake, so that you can roll it up.
Once you have rolled it, cut it into 5-6 pieces and serve it.
