How to make
Wash, boil, peel and mash the potatoes. Grate the cheese.
Wash the parsley and finely chop it. Beat 2 eggs (for the breading).
Add 2 eggs, the spices, 3 tbsp. breadcrumbs, 2 tbsp. flour, grated yellow cheese and chopped parsley to the mashed potatoes.
Start shaping the potato patties.
Roll each one in the beaten egg, breadcrumbs and flour. Fry them in preheated oil until they aquire a golden color.
