How to make
Take the piece of pork and spike it with halved garlic cloves. Salt it, sprinkle it with black pepper. Pour wine, soya sauce over it and sprinkle it with dry thyme. Leave it in a covered container to stand for 2-3 hours in the refrigerator.
Then transfer it into a large piece of foil, and put the chopped onions and carrots on the sides or underneath it. Wrap with the aluminum foil well and put it to bake on a medium heated grill. Bake for 45 minutes on each side.
Cut the finished pork into pieces and serve.
