How to make
Peel and carve out the onion and season it with salt. Cut the ham and cheese into small pieces, mix them with the minced meat.
Season with salt and black pepper and add the parsley. Put a little butter in the onion heads and fill them with the mixture.
Grind the tomatoes in a baking pan, arrange the stuffed onion on them and bake them in a moderately heated oven until they're fully cooked.
