First, boil the water, in which you have added the salt. Pour the packet of spaghetti into it. Cook them for 7-8 minutes, depending on the type of spaghetti.
When they are ready, pour cold water over them and strain them immediately. In a deep frying pan, lightly fry the onion and add the tomato puree and juice.
Boil then for a little while and finally add the chopped olives and pickles with the spices. Serve them with grated yellow cheese.
