Ingredients

  • large mushrooms - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • processed cheese - 5.3 oz (150 g)
  • ham - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • butter - 1.75 oz (50 g)
  • yellow cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g)

How to make

The mushrooms are washed well and carved out on the inside with a small spoon.

Cut the ham and processed cheese into very small cubes and mix them.

Grab a mushroom and put a small piece of butter in it, then add the mixture of ham and processed cheese. Put a piece of yellow cheese on top.

Arrange the prepared mushrooms in a baking pan and pour 1 finger of water into it.

Bake the stuffed mushrooms in a preheated oven until they're ready.
