Ingredients

  • cucumbers - 1 pc.
  • carrots - 1 pc.
  • canned corn - 12 oz (350 g)
  • mayonnaise - 7 oz (200 g)
  • dill - 4 - 5 stalks
  • salt - 1/2 - 1 tsp.

How to make

Grate the carrots or cut them into small cubes. The cucumber is also cut into small cubes. Add the corn.

Finely chop the dill. Add mayonnaise and salt and mix well. Leave it in the refrigerator for about an hour and that's when it gets the right taste.

Note: Instead of grated and raw, the carrots can be boiled and sliced, same as for a Russian salad.
