How to make
Separate the egg whites from the yolks.
Add the Brandy to the coffee.
Place the egg whites with the salt and half the sugar in a bolw and beat them to foamy peaks.
In a different bowl beat the egg yolks and the remaining sugar, until creamy.
Add the Mascarpone and cream cheese. Keep beating with a mixer, until you achieve a smooth creamy consistency. Mix the two kinds of cream together by folding the egg white cream carefully into the one with the egg yolks.
Dip the ladyfingers it the coffee and arrange them on the bottom of a springform cake tin. Add half the cream, repeat with a layer of soaked biscuits.
Spread the remaining cream evenly and allow the tiramisu to rest in the fridge overnight.
Sift the cocoa powder on top and serve.
