  • eggs - 4 - 5 pcs.
  • mushrooms - 7 - 8 pcs.
  • mayonnaise - 2 tbsp.
  • butter - 2 tbsp.
  • lemon juice - 1 tbsp.
  • spring onions - 1 - 2 stalks
  • salt
  • black pepper

How to make

Hard boil the eggs. Cool them in cold water and peel them.

Stew the cleaned and washed mushrooms in the oil. Add the chopped onion and stew everything. Cool the mixture and add the mayonnaise and lemon juice.

Cut the eggs in half. Separate the yolks and add them to the mushroom mixture. Season with salt and black pepper.

Blend the mixture and fill the eggs with it. Sprinkle with black pepper and garnish with spring onion leaves.
