How to make
Cut the onion into thin slices and the peppers into strips. Crush the garlic with a little salt. Peel the tomatoes and grate them.
Cut the chicken into portions and season it with salt. Stew it in hot fat. Add the bay leaf and chopped vegetables. Add 1 cup of hot water, season with salt and stew until the dish remains in its fat.
Remove it from the heat and sprinkle the stew with crushed garlic, finely chopped parsley, crushed savory herb and as much black pepper as you desire.
