Ingredients

  • lettuce - 1 pc.
  • smoked salmon - 9 oz (250 g)
  • cream cheese - 7 oz (200 g)
  • walnuts - 1.8 oz (50 g)
  • salt
  • olive oil
  • green olives - 5.3 oz (150 g)
  • lemons - 1 pc.
  • pomegranate dressing

How to make

Chop the lettuce and smoked salmon finely.

Blend or pound the walnuts. Place them in a small bowl.

Allow the cream cheese to soften at room temperature for an hour.

Form little cheese balls with your hands. Roll each ball in the crushed walnuts.

Season your salad according to your taste (it tastes great with pomegranate dressing) and serve fresh.
