How to make
Peel a kiwi and cut it into circles. Transfer the slices into a saucepan with 250 ml of water and bring them to a boil over medium heat.
Stir until the kiwis have completely softened and crumble. Then mash everything while they're in the saucepan. Add the sugar and stir until the marmalade thickens.
Pour the finished kiwi marmalade into jars. Allow it to cool. Heat the alcohol to 190°F (90 degrees), soak pieces of rice paper and cover the jars.
Close with lids and store them in a cool place.
