  • raspberries - 8.82 oz (250 g)
  • powdered sugar - 2 - 3 tbsp
  • raspberry essence - 1 - 2 tbsp

How to make

Mix the raspberries with the raspberry essence and blend them. Remove the raspberry seeds by sifting the blended cream.

Sift the powdered sugar to taste. Chill the coulis very well and serve it in a sauce boat.

This sauce is perfect for exotic fruit salads, as a topping for chocolate deserts, or fruit salads with berries.
