How to make
Wash the new potatoes and pat them dry, without peeling them. If they are small cook them whole, if they are bigger cut them into large pieces.
Place them in a pot with hot oil and a little water, and cover with a lid. Cook for approximately 20 minutes, and shake them periodically, without removing the lid.
Check if the potatoes are cooked after 20 minutes, season with salt, add a little butter and finely chopped garlic.
Cover again with the lid and cook for 5 additional minutes. Sprinkle with finely chopped fresh dill.
You can serve these potatoes as a side dish, or they can be your main course.
