How to make
The minced meat is mixed with the rice and is seasoned with salt and black pepper. Add the finely chopped parsley and form meatballs out of the mixture.
The finely chopped onion is stewed in fat, the flour, black pepper and as much salt as you desire are added. Add the tomato puree diluted in a little water and the finely chopped garlic.
Dilute with a little water. Once the sauce boils, add the prepared meatballs inside and boil until the rice softens.
