How to make
Beat the yoghurt well with the powdered sugar into a bowl.
Separately, whip the pre-chilled cream until it foams up.
Carefully, add the yogurt to the cream and mix it gently with a spatula.
Finally, add with vanilla. If desired, you can add small fresh fruit.
Pour the ice cream mixture into a bowl and place it in the freezer. Every 10-15 minutes, take it out and whip the ice cream until it is completely frozen.
