How to make
Wash and finely chop the onion. In a suitable pan, stew the onions with oil.
Add the peeled and finely chopped carrots to the onions. Wash the spinach and chop it.
Wash the rice and add it to the other vegetables.
Stir well. When it starts to turn transparent, add 4 cups of water.
Simmer until the water evaporates. Season with as much salt and ground black pepper as you like.
