Ingredients

  • olive oil - 2 cups (500 ml) with a mild taste
  • black pepper - 5 grains
  • truffle - 1 pc. (about 5 g)

How to make

Clean the truffle with a clean, lint-free cloth.

Cut it into very thin slices and put it together with the black peppercorns in a clean and dry bottle.

Pour olive oil on top, close the bottle tightly and leave for 1 week in a dark and cool place, shaking occasionally.

When the olive oil in the bottle runs out, you can add fresh olive oil to the truffle.
