Ingredients

  • flour - 13 oz (375 g)
  • sugar - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • eggs - 3 pcs.
  • sunflour oil - 1 cup (250 ml)
  • fresh milk - 1 cup (250 ml)
  • baking powder - 2 tsp (10 g)
  • vanilla powder - 1/2 tsp (0.3 g)
  • lemon zest - from 1 lemon

How to make

Crack the eggs into a bowl and add the sugar. Beat them with a mixer intil foamy. Pour in the oil gradually, and then the milk.

Mix the flour with the baking powder and the vanilla. Sift it into the mix gradually and keep stirring. Finally add te lemon zest.

Fill the muffin cups with the batter up to 3/4 of their capacity. Preheat the oven to 360°F (180 degrees) and bake the muffins for around 30 minutes or until they are ready.

If you wish you can sprinkle the muffins with sugar 5-10 minutes after you have placed them in the oven.
