How to make
Cut the asparagus into small pieces. Keep the tips intact. In a pan, heat a cup of olive oil with a clove of garlic and a generous pinch of finely chopped parsley.
Add the diced ham into the pan and fry it until it's nicely fried. Remove the garlic clove. Pour two tablespoons of white wine and add the chopped asparagus.
Pour a cup of vegetable broth, salt and season with a pinch of black pepper. Cover the dish and cook the asparagus salad for about 10 minutes.
Pour the warm spring salad with asparagus and ham into a suitable dish. Sprinkle the warm salad with parmesan flakes and serve it immediately.
