Ingredients

  • mushrooms - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • yellow cheese - 5.3 oz (150 g)
  • onions - 1 onion
  • garlic - 1 clove
  • cooking cream - 7 oz (200 g)
  • flour - 2 tbsp.
  • smoked paprika - 1 pinch
  • salt
  • thyme
  • black pepper

How to make

Cut the onion and fry it in oil. Then add the sliced mushrooms and also fry them for 2 minutes.

Add garlic, smoked paprika, thyme and salt.

Transfer the mixture to a small pan. Mix the cream with the flour and add the grated cheese.

Pour the resulting mixture over the mushrooms. Bake in a preheated oven at 430°F (220 degrees).
