How to make
Peel the avocado, remove the pit and mash well with a fork.
Put the tomatoes briefly in boiling water and then for a couple of seconds in ice water (blanch it). Peel them and grate them.
Mix the avocado paste with the tomatoes, olive oil, crushed garlic and salt.
We can blend it until we get a homogeneous mixture.
Serve the guacamole with chopped vegetable sticks.
