How to make
The ready-made or homemade buns are cut in half in the middle. I made the recipe using homemade yogurt buns.
Season the minced meat with the spices, add grated onion, grated and drained zucchini, breadcrumbs, egg and mix well.
Divide into balls, flatten slightly on top and bake in a non-stick pan greased with oil.
Spread the bottom of the sliced bun with a little mayonnaise, place pieces of cucumber, tomato circle and meatball on top.
Cover with the second part of the bun, also covered with a little mayonnaise on the cut side.
Serve with salad or potatoes. Tasty and healthy for children!
