How to make
Put the cleaned, pitted and cut into 2 prunes in a tray, sprinkle them with the sugar. Leave them to cool for 24 hours.
Add the vinegar, chopped walnuts, cloves and mix. Put this to bake in the oven, preheated to 340°F (170 °C). Stir occasionally. Before removing the jam from the oven, sprinkle it with cinnamon.
The jam is ready when a drop of it on a porcelain plate sits in place without running. Pour it into dry jars, seal with caps and sterilize for 10 minutes.
