How to make
Peel the pumpkin and cut it into large pieces. Arrange it in an oiled pan and sprinkle it with plenty of sugar. Leave the pumpkin like that for a few hours until its juice separates.
After that, put it in a preheated oven at 360°F (180 degrees) and start the baking process. From time to time, turn the pieces and pour the sweet sauce, that has fromed, over them.
Optionally, add more sugar if you think that the pumpkin is not sweet enough. After a total of 70-80 minutes of baking, it should be ready. Take it out and sprinkle it with crushed walnuts. Leave it to cool down and serve it with cream.
