Ingredients

  • zucchini - 1 pc. (medium - sized)
  • small potatoes - 4 pcs.
  • parmesan - 1.4 oz (40 g)
  • flour - 7 oz (200 g)
  • melted butter - 1.7 oz (50 g)
  • salt - by taste
  • savory herb
  • black pepper
  • white cheese - 1.7 oz (50 g)
  • oil - 1 cup (200 ml), for frying
  • flour - 1 cup for sprinkling

How to make

Boil the potatoes and grate them into a bowl. Peel the zucchini, grate it into the bowl as well.

Add parmesan, melted butter, flour and as much salt as you like. Mix with a fork, add black pepper and chopped savory herb. Knead a sticky dough.

Sprinkle plenty of flour onto cling film, sprinkle the dough with flour and roll it out into a rectangle. With a knife, sprinkled with flour, cut out rectangles.

At the end of each one, place a piece of white cheese and form it into a roll. It is quite sticky, so sprinkle it with flour.

Heat the oil and fry them in well-heated oil on all sides. The white cheese can be replaced with yellow cheese, cream cheese or salami. Serve them with vegetables.
