How to make
Wash the eggs and separate the yolks from the egg whites. Beat the yolks, milk and sour cream with a mixer. Add the vanilla powder.
Place the yolk mix in a bain marie and bring to a boil stirring constantly, until it thickens. Add the shredded ginger just before you remove the cream from the stove.
Cool the cream at room temperature.
Beat the egg whites and powdered sugar to a foamy consistency. Fold the vanilla cream into the egg whites gently.
Use your imagination to decorate the cream according to your taste.
