How to make
Melt the butter. Add the egg, sugar and flour. Stir and pour the mixture into a suitable microwavable tray. Bake for 3-4 minutes. Crush the biscuits into powder.
Add the mixture from the microwave. Stir and knead the dough. Shape it into the pie tin to make the base.
Place it in a suitable plate. Cut the oranges into circles. Place them in a little water and boil them. Repeat it two more times and make sure to change the water each time and in the last one add 3-4 tbsp. sugar and boil until the syrup thickens.
Make a cream by whipping the flour into the milk and heating it on the hob, while stirring constantly. Add the sugar and stir until it thickens.
At the end of the boiling process, add the beaten egg yolks. If lumps accidentally form, strain the cream through a sieve. Pour the cream over the pie base. Arrange the dried pieces of orange.
Add the dissolved in cold water and heated gelatin to the orange syrup. Stir and pour it over the pie before the mixture has set. Let the pie sit for a few hours before eating it.
