How to make
The chicken is cut into large cubes. In a bowl, mix well the olive oil, soy sauce, honey, mustard, juice from half a lemon, oregano, cumin, salt and black pepper marinade.
The meat is soaked in the marinade in a bowl. Cover it with foil and leave it in the refrigerator for 4-5 hours.
Prepare the wooden skewers by soaking them in cold water for a short while. Peel an onion and cut it into pieces. The pieces of meat and red onion are lined up on each skewer and alternate them.
Heat a grill skilled or a grill, greased with fat and grill them on all sides. Turn them every 2-3 minutes to cook them well. Serve with a salad, french fries and homemade wine.
