Ingredients

  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • salt - a pinch
  • yogurt - 7 oz (200 g)
  • butter - 4.2 oz (120 g), melted
  • feta cheese - 5.3 oz (150 g)
  • yellow cheese - 4.2 oz (120 g)
  • baking powder - 2 tsp (10 g)
  • flour - 2 cups
  • egg wash - from 1 egg
  • sesame seeds - to sprinkle on top

How to make

Beat the eggs, add the yogurt, salt, melted butter and stir.

Combine the flour with the baking powder, sift them into the egg mix, and stir until all the ingredients are nicely incorporated.

Dice the yellow cheese finely and add it to the mix, along with the crumbled feta cheese. Stir gently.

Grease a small rectangular tray with butter and pour the batter evenly.

Beat the egg and brush your cheese pie. Sprinkle with plenty of sesame seeds.

Place the tray in a preheated oven to 390°F (200 degrees) and bake the cheese pie for around 35 minutes and until it's surface turns golden brown!
