How to make
The chicken thighs are washed, dried and rubbed with a mixture made out of the juice of 1 lemon, smoked paprika, tarragon, turmeric, black pepper and as much salt as you desire.
Leave them covered in the refrigerator overnight to absorb the aromas of the spices.
After that, the chicken thighs are fried for a short while in a pan along with the butter and olive oil to seal the juices in the meat.
Arrange them in a baking pan and pour them over with the remaining fat from the pan and pour the white wine on the bottom of the baking pan.
The meal is baked for about two and a half hours at 320°F (160 degrees). You need to check it after the first hour.
As a side dish you can prepare baked potatoes.
Serve the perfectly roasted chicken thighs with the sauce that has separated in the pan.
Enjoy your meal!
