How to make
First of all, cook the macaroni. Place them in a saucepan with salt and a little oil. Add water, just a little over the macaroni and boil them until some of the water evaporates.
Once they are ready, allow them to cool without straining them.
In a bowl, finely chop the tomatoes, cucumber, onion. Add peas, press the garlic, finely chop the parsley, season with salt, oil and black pepper. Mix all the ingredients well.
To all of this add the already cooled pasta and stir again.
The salad is ready to be served.
